Empower customers in the trades sector as a Customer Success Manager, driving product adoption and measurable outcomes within a SaaS platform. Build strong relationships while ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through proactive engagement.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of around 100 customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. By developing tailored customer success plans, you will drive value and long-term satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams and influence product improvements based on client feedback while addressing any challenges that arise.
