Manager, Web Development - REMOTE

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of web developers to enhance our web platform. Your work will involve collaborating with designers, engineers, and marketers to maintain and improve various web properties. Accountabilities

• Lead the Web Development team by removing blockers and providing guidance.
• Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set strategies and project priorities.
• Manage complex projects from start to finish, maintaining timelines and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth, Brand, and SEO teams.
• Act as a bridge between the marketing team and security & infrastructure groups.
• Create and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for web technologies.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience, particularly in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong background in modern web architecture, including headless CMS platforms.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading web development teams.
• Deep knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional stakeholders.
