Junior Full Stack Developer

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with developers, IT personnel, and end-users during software design and development
• Develop, maintain, and support custom software solutions, ensuring reliability and security
• Execute software design, coding, testing, and debugging in both front-end and back-end environments
• Participate in agile (scrum) development cycles, completing programming assignments and sprint goals
• Document software functionality and maintain coding and compliance standards
• Support UI/UX implementation and ensure applications meet aesthetic and functional requirements
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve software solutions and team processes

Requirements

• Comfort working with both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (C#, Java, Python)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g., Apache)
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
