Accountabilities:
The Design Operations Manager will oversee the evolution of the website experience, ensuring it remains aligned with business objectives, brand standards, and user needs while improving operational efficiency across teams.
Own the continuous improvement of the website, treating it as an evolving digital product that requires ongoing optimization and refinement.
Coordinate website initiatives across design, engineering, product, marketing, and other stakeholder teams to deliver cohesive and effective experiences.
Improve stakeholder contributions by refining content, strengthening information architecture, enhancing visuals, and ensuring high-quality execution.
Maintain and elevate standards for brand consistency, accessibility, user experience, and visual quality across all website pages.
Define website success metrics, establish reporting processes, and use analytics insights to guide prioritization and improvements.
Monitor SEO, AI-driven search visibility, conversion funnels, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
Partner with technical teams to improve CMS capabilities, analytics tools, website infrastructure, and supporting digital systems.
Align messaging across website content and related channels to create a consistent brand narrative.
Facilitate collaboration through project planning, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional communication.
Support content ecosystem alignment across blogs, media channels, and other digital platforms.
Contribute hands-on design and content improvements when needed to maintain quality and accelerate delivery.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced web operations and design professional who combines project management expertise, creative execution skills, and analytical thinking to improve digital experiences.
7+ years of experience in web operations, digital project management, design production, web production, or a related field, ideally managing a company’s public-facing website.
Strong project management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder coordination, timeline management, and communication.
Ability to independently execute high-quality design and content updates using design tools, established design systems, and brand guidelines.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and consistent web copy.
Experience using web analytics platforms such as GA4 or similar tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
Knowledge of SEO, GEO (generative/AI search optimization), conversion optimization, and modern CMS platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization strategies, accessibility standards, and quality assurance workflows.
Technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams on website infrastructure and tooling.
Experience managing multilingual or multi-region website initiatives.
Ability to work autonomously, influence cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives through strong communication and leadership.
Experience building or migrating CMS platforms, reusable components, or scalable content systems is a plus.
Background in content strategy and multi-channel content development is an advantage.
