Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Group home. Budgetary responsibility: 0 - $100,000. Tasks: Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff. Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 11-15 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate.
