Position Overview

We are seeking a highly seasoned and strategic Land Acquisition & Regulatory Affairs Specialist to oversee, manage, and execute all land-related operations for our underground coal mining projects across Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Chhattisgarh (CG)

• ntAct as the primary custodian for all land-related legal matters, including title disputes, encroachment, and inheritance challenge
• s.Draft, review, and file legal responses, petitions, and written statements for land-related dispute
• s.Represent the company and drive strategies in Arbitration tribunals and courts regarding land valuation, compensation disputes, and contractual breache
