Visual Storytelling Lead

A Visual Storytelling Lead is responsible for crafting the image and video visual generation policies, the guardrails, the LLM-as-judge prompts, and the agentic role prompts (for asset creation, shot framing, camera moves, dramatic acting, action, etc.) to steer AI driven story generation. Leverage AI to develop new visual storytelling paradigms, new genres, new experiences – and expand the capabilities of every artist on the team to create more and better than ever. This role is also responsible for creatively supervising overall visual storytelling for multiple simultaneous series of innovative content developed leveraging an state-of-the-art AI-driven platform.
