Job Summary
The role requires building models using advanced statistical, AI and machine learning techniques for enabling - a unique personalized experience that helps end consumers to make quick decisions on content consumption. Forecasting / Predicting the content preferences based on the rich diverse content that varies from live sports to VOD content on the platform. Better performing recommendation engines that can optimize on not just simple outcome metrics like but complex state machines and funnel conversions like user LTV.
About the team
The Central Analytics team is embedded within various business & product teams in a matrix structure to be a thought partner and provide comprehensive data insights to drive strategic decisions. This team is the strategic enabler for JioHotstar’s content and marketing functions. In a world where consumers have endless entertainment choices, we help decode how they spend their time and why. At the core, we analyze consumer behavior, content preferences, and evolving entertainment needs. We design and leverage experiments, apply GenAI for innovative problem-solving, and build analytical frameworks that guide key decisions. Our goal: to keep teams sharp, informed, and focused on the KPIs and drivers that truly matter.
