We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) environments
- Manage and support VMware ESX, vCenter, and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Handle incidents, service requests, and system alerts in a timely manner
- Coordinate with hardware vendors/principals to ensure firmware and system updates are up to date
- Administer Microsoft Clustering and ensure high availability configurations
- Manage antivirus deployment, updates, and issue resolution
- Configure and support DHCP, DNS, and WSUS environments
- Perform Windows Server provisioning, patch management (BA/VA, MS Patches), and firmware upgrades
- Troubleshoot advanced OS-level and server-related issues
- Manage disk administration tasks including partitions, shares, and disk quotas
- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as OpManager or similar monitoring solutions
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in Windows Server environments
- Experience in patch management, virus management, and firmware upgrades
- Hands-on expertise in virtualization host and guest OS management
- Good understanding of enterprise monitoring tools
