CRM Coated-Welder / Maintenance Worker

Role & responsibilities

• Proficiency in all types of welding, welding joints, argon welding etc.
• Able to read drawing and draw fabrication drawing,
• Welding and Gas cutting expert for up to thickness 60 mm plate.
• Should be able to do brazing of strips
• Argon welding competency is required.
• Fabricate and well versed with all types of tools , round cutting, Gouging etc
• Responsible for executing the job as per the guidelines from Area in charge
• Responsible for carrying out breakdown maintenance and do fast trouble shooting welding Cutting/Modifications as per requirements at Equipment/Site.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work area, Basic Knowledge of 5S
• Ability to perform welding and gas cutting on EOT cranes as required
• Familiarity with line equipment, including Continuous Galvanizing Lines and Color Coating Lines.
