Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing - Branding (Raipur)

Roles & Responsibilities / Duties to be Performed:

• Channel Development & Expansion
• Facilitate sales towards appointment new dealers, retailers, and distributors in target markets
• Identify white spaces and increase outlet reach
• Strengthen existing channel relationships
• Ensure optimal dealer ROI and engagement
• Trade Activation & Branding
• Execute on-ground activations (mason meets, contractor meets, dealer meets)
• Manage visibility elements (shop boards, hoardings, in-shop branding)
• Ensure brand presence at retail counters and construction sites
• Localize campaigns as per market needs
• Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and activities
• Gather feedback from dealers, retailers, and influencers
• Identify market trends and demand patterns
• Provide actionable insights to management
• Budget Management (BTL Marketing)
• Plan and utilize Below-the-Line (BTL) budgets
• Track cost vs impact of activations
• Ensure optimum ROI on marketing spends
• Reporting & MIS
• Maintain regular reporting on:
• Dealer appointments
• Activations conducted
• Influencer engagement
• Scheme performance
• Provide weekly/monthly MIS to management
• Compliance & Execution Excellence
• Ensure all branding and activations follow company guidelines
• Adhere to legal requirements (event licenses, permissions, etc.)
• Maintain quality standards in execution

7. Manage external partners:

• Establish and maintain robust vendor management
• Responsible to maintain adequate vendor pool with best of operational and financial capabilities.
• Adhere to mandated SLAs in operational efficiencies.
• Ensure Timely billing and payment to vendors

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing materials are aligned with sales objectives.
• Act as a liaison with project development, design, and site management to gather updates and ensure consistency in messaging.
