We are looking to hire a professional Front Desk Executive with a hospitality background who can manage high-level client interactions with the professionalism expected in premium environments.
Job Description
We are seeking a confident and professionally trained Front Desk Executive with experience in hospitality or client-facing roles (hotel industry experience preferred).
The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills (fluent English)
Professional demeanor and high grooming standards
Experience handling international clients and front desk operations
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:Manage the reception area with a high level of professionalism
Client Interaction:Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and international business partners
Call Handling:Manage incoming and outgoing calls politely and in a professional manner
Communication:Handle emails, WhatsApp, and business communication professionally
Coordination:Support internal teams with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
Professional Presentation:Maintain grooming and presentation standards aligned with hospitality roles
Qualifications
