Job Description

Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Per Diem CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment. CRNAs enjoy a broad case mix, modern equipment, and the benefits of being part of a leading regional health system.

Qualifications:

  •  Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  •  Master’s degree in nursing
  • Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Essential Responsibilities:

  •  Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
  • Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training.
  • Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education

Salary Range

$183.26 to $261.14 Hourly

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
