Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rust Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rust programming, smart contract development, blockchain architecture, and distributed systems. Experience with Solana, Substrate, Polkadot, Ethereum, or other Web3 ecosystems is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy blockchain applications using Rust.
Build and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
Develop blockchain nodes, validators, consensus mechanisms, and protocol-level components.
Implement secure wallet integrations, token standards, and blockchain APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Rust code following best practices.
Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and transaction throughput.
Integrate blockchain solutions with backend services, databases, and cloud platforms.
Develop RESTful APIs and WebSocket services for blockchain interactions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and security audits.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Stay up to date with emerging blockchain technologies and Web3 innovations.

Required Skills

5+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Rust programming.
