JAMIS is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented Content Marketing Lead (SaaS ERP) to join our high-performing organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of bridging the gap between technical ERP product capabilities and strategic business needs, driven by the challenge of establishing brand authority in the enterprise software space. This candidate will serve as a cornerstone of our brand positioning and messaging, ensuring every asset, from deep-dive white papers to live webinars, is aligned with our core value propositions. In addition, this candidate will have experience navigating sophisticated editorial oversight, professional multimedia hosting, and sophisticated copywriting to resonate with C-suite stakeholders and improve JAMIS’s brand name recognition.
The Content Marketing Lead (SaaS ERP) plays an integral part of our organization and a critical role in the growth and success of the company by driving authority and market education. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to refine and evolve the company’s messaging architecture.
- Ensure all content reflects our unique positioning against legacy ERP competitors.
- Translate complex technical workflows into compelling business value narratives for diverse industry verticals.
- Own the end-to-end content lifecycle and editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality assets.
- Manage and edit the work of internal contributors and external agencies to maintain the highest standards of technical accuracy and brand alignment.
- Develop "bottom-of-the-funnel" content, including case studies, ROI frameworks, and technical data sheets.
- Draft authoritative thought-leadership content for executive leadership and industry publications.
- Craft persuasive copy for high-conversion landing pages, email nurturing sequences, and sales enablement materials.
- Represent the brand as the professional moderator and host for webinars and industry podcasts.
- Interview internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external thought leaders to humanize our technology and demonstrate industry expertise.
- Strategically repurpose multimedia sessions into written articles, social clips, and research reports.
Required Skills / Experience
- Minimum of 6-8+ years in Content or Product Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS (ERP or FinTech preferred).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Communication, or a related field with equivalent experience
- Proven ability to develop messaging frameworks and position complex software in a crowded market.
- Demonstrated experience in hosting professional webinars or podcasts with a polished, authoritative presence.
- Exceptional editorial skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
