The Fleet Services Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of client exhibit and event logistics within our Fleet Services operation. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing hundreds of projects annually while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service from order intake through return and inventory management.

What You'll DoManage Client Programs

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Fleet Services clients.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Manage annual event schedules and support ongoing program growth.
  • Provide regular project updates and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Deliver Projects

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Fleet Services projects from order entry through delivery, return, inspection, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate exhibit logistics, transportation, installation, dismantle, and show services.
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Maintain project documentation and financial information throughout execution.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams

  • Partner with Operations, Production, Field Services, Logistics, Estimating, Prepress, and external vendors to successfully execute projects.
  • Coordinate production of graphics and exhibit assets.
  • Support installation and dismantle planning for client programs.
  • Ensure compliance with venue requirements and event regulations.

Manage Client Assets

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and online asset management systems.
  • Track exhibit assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate repairs, refurbishment, replacements, and new asset production.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across multiple client programs.

Financial & Operational Excellence

  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and project budgets.
  • Review project costs to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Monitor project financials and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to client business reviews and operational reporting.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, event operations, exhibit services, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM, project management, or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Experience in trade shows, experiential marketing, exhibits, live events, or logistics is highly preferred.
