As a founding engineer, you will design and implement the core AI systems that automate complex hardware engineering workflows. You will develop novel agents that interpret and manipulate design data, integrating them into production environments for enterprise customers. What You Will Do

• Design and implement intelligent context management and novel indexing approaches for hardware engineering agents.
• Build and post-train ML models capable of reasoning over complex geometric and engineering design data.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to ensure AI-powered workflows are reliable and trusted in production.

The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning with strong proficiency in LLM architectures and agent research.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade ML systems using PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Exceptional programming skills with practical experience in search, information retrieval, or geometric data processing.
