You as a Construction Manager will: Accountable for overall project performance of one major project (>$300M in value) Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s) Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to Is this the right role for you? 20+ years supervisory or equivalent experience Located in or willing to relocate to Prince George, British Columbia.
