Contract – Initial 6 Months (Extendable based on performance & project needs)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, hosted on AWS.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs in a modern cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PWAs with high performance and reliability
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and performance optimization
• Implement responsive UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Node.js frameworks
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience creating Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
• Strong experience with Express.js API development
• Experience working with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing)
• Experience deploying and hosting applications on AWS

Good to Have

• Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Knowledge of performance tuning and caching strategies

Contract & Engagement Model

• Initial engagement: 6 months contract
• Extension possible based on performance and project continuity
• Flexible working model depending on project requirements
