Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a MEAN Stack Developer /Java Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular, Node and MongoDB) for a long-term opportunity at Calgary, Alberta (Hybrid Position). Position: MEAN Stack Developer /Java Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular, Node and MongoDB)

Location: Calgary, Alberta (Hybrid Role)

Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months)

Required Skills

Looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Java expertise and hands-on full stack experience in Node.js and/or TypeScript.
7+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
Full stack experience with Node.js and/or TypeScript.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Exposure to MongoDB
Experience with Angular preferred

Nice to have

Kafka or event-driven architecture
Cloud platform experience
Exposure to Spring Boot and distributed systems
