Inside Sales Representative –

BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and fitness event company specializing in obstacle races and high-energy endurance experiences across South India.

Role Overview

We are urgently hiring Inside Sales Representatives to connect with potential participants, guide them through the registration process, and drive event sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Explain event details, benefits, and pricing
• Assist participants with registration and payment process
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales
• Maintain lead database and track conversions
• Ensure a smooth and positive participant experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)
• Sales-driven mindset with target focus
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Prior sales experience is a plus

Work Details

• 6 days working
• Work Location: Near HSR Layout / Koramangala / Silk Board
• Day shift (as per business requirements)
