Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in Agri-nutrients (fertilizers & pesticides).
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Conduct field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, trade fairs, and exhibitions to engage with customers.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in agrochemical industry or related field.
• B.Sc / MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and marketing initiatives.
