In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our planning environment, specifically focused on the administration and hands-on configuration of Pigment. We need someone who can take the lead on keeping our models fast, scalable, and well-governed. You won’t just be managing a tool in a vacuum; you’ll be a core partner to our FP&A team, sitting down with FP&A Business Partners to understand their goals and translating those into sophisticated, high-performance models.

Whether it’s optimizing a headcount model or architecting a new revenue forecast, you’ll be the person making sure our technical setup matches our strategic ambition

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering directly with Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partners to decode evolving business requirements. You won't just build what is asked; you will consult on best practices to ensure models drive actionable business value and executive-level insights.
  • Storytelling and translating financial data for executives/management to make strategic decisions.
  • Creating and maintaining Pigment models, dimensions, metrics, and complex formulas to support business processes.
  • Managing data imports, exports, API integrations, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshooting calculation issues, supporting business users, and documenting model logic.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to implement new use cases and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an analytical or technical field (finance, business administration, data analytics, engineering, etc.).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working for a large public technology company or relevant consulting experience in finance tooling, transformation, or similar.

  • Past experience partnering with FP&A or Finance teams to translate business needs into technical models.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, APIs, and complex formulas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a financial planning & analysis capacity; familiarity with budgeting and strategic planning processes
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or a similar enterprise BI tool (Tableau, Domo)
  • Familiarity with quantum computing and a demonstrated interest and ability to learn technical concepts
