Salesforce Architect (Agentforce)

Experience: 10–16 years overall, with 2+ years in Salesforce AI / Agentforce / Einstein / Data Cloud–led architecture

Role Summary

The Salesforce Agentforce Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Agentic AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and governed Agentforce architectures that enable autonomous and assistive AI agents across Service, Sales, Marketing, Slack, and Industry Clouds.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce product teams, and delivery squads to translate enterprise use cases into production-grade Agentforce solutions, leveraging Customer 360, Data Cloud, Einstein, and low-code Agentforce builders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø Salesforce & Architecture

· Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Omni Channel, Flows, Apex).

· Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Customer 360 concepts.

· Experience designing enterprise scale Salesforce solutions.

Ø Agentforce & AI

· Hands on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar agentic AI frameworks.

· Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI governance.

· Experience implementing AI agents for customer service, operations, sales, or marketing use cases.

Ø Integration & Engineering

· Experience with MuleSoft or API led integration architectures.

· Strong understanding of security, identity, data privacy, and compliance in Salesforce ecosystems.

Ø Soft Skills

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven CRM solutions.

· Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Architecture & Solution Design

• Define end-to-end Agentforce architecture across Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Marketing, Industry Clouds, Slack).
• Design agent workflows, guardrails, prompts, and orchestration patterns aligned to enterprise AI governance.
• Architect real-time and batch data flows using Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and external data sources.
• Establish reference architectures, design standards, and best practices for Agentforce implementations.

Agentforce & AI Enablement

• Lead the design of autonomous and assistive AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities.
• Define prompt engineering strategies, agent reasoning flows, and fallback mechanisms.
• Ensure responsible AI implementation with security, privacy, explainability, and compliance guardrails.
• Guide teams on low code / no code Agentforce builders and extensibility via Apex, Flow, and APIs.

Ø Integration & Platform Engineering

• Architect integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event driven patterns.
• Align Agentforce solutions with Customer 360 data models and enterprise integration landscapes.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and resiliency of AI driven CRM solutions.
