AI Governance Analyst

Job title::AI Governance Analyst

Type:- Long term Contract for 1 year extendable to 1 year

Location: Remote in India

NP: immediate to 15 Days

Exp: 4.20 Years

• Experience in AI, AI governance, model risk, or technology risk/compliance, with hands-on exposure to the AI lifecycle
• Review and assess AI-based applications to identify ethical, regulatory, privacy, and model-related risks, and create clear Responsible AI assessment reports
• Run Responsible AI review forums with cross-functional stakeholders and drive risk-based decision making
• Define and implement risk classification frameworks, assessment templates, and governance processes
• Collaborate with data science, product, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles and recommend mitigation strategies (bias, fairness, explainability, privacy)
• Establish documentation, tracking, and scalable workflows to support audits and future team expansion
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; exposure to regulated industries or pharma supply chain is a plus
