In this position, you will be central to identifying the right talent for agent-level roles, minimizing attrition through strategic evaluation and onboarding processes. Frequent collaboration with the Recruiting Manager helps define hiring needs, while your positive interactions contribute to an inviting candidate experience. Maintain organization and confidentiality while managing applicant workflows through the ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview candidates effectively for hiring decisions
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly
- Track applicant information accurately in the ATS
- Build relationships with internal staff and participate in job fairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service or BPO experience
- 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment is a plus
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
