Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process transactions, answer questions, and address concerns related to banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO) environment.
- Excellent communication skills for handling diverse accents and languages.
- Ability to work on night shifts as per business requirements.
