Junior MERN Stack Developer

Minimum Experience Needed 1 to 1.5 years

We are seeking a motivated Junior MERN Stack Developer with a strong learning mindset and enthusiasm for modern web technologies. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow as a full-stack developer while gaining exposure to updated technologies, including AI-powered tools and integrations, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications using the MERN stack

Build and enhance user interfaces using React.js

Develop and integrate backend services using Node.js and Express.js

Work with MongoDB to store, retrieve, and manage data

Learn and apply best practices related to performance, security, and scalability

Explore and implement AI-driven features such as LLMs, automation, smart search, and recommendations

Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams

Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)

Working knowledge of React.js

Experience with Node.js and Express.js

Understanding of RESTful APIs

Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

Strong learning ability and adaptability to new technologies

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to MongoDB

Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows

Interest or exposure to AI technologies (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AI tools, etc.)

Personal projects, internships, or a GitHub portfolio
