Job Description

Support diverse IT operations in a helpdesk environment as an IT Support Specialist. Provide on-site and remote assistance for desktop, mobile, and network devices, ensuring effective troubleshooting and customer service.

The role requires coordinating user problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will deliver Level 1 support and assist with onboarding and training as needed. Your expertise will help in managing tickets and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support at various offices
  • Set up new PC/MAC workstations and peripherals
  • Diagnose and support all client applications
  • Troubleshoot PC/MAC hardware and software issues
  • Manage low voltage equipment troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Experience with Low Voltage devices and IP networking
  • Proficient in Windows, MAC, and Mobile OS support
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing is a plus
