Job Description
Support diverse IT operations in a helpdesk environment as an IT Support Specialist. Provide on-site and remote assistance for desktop, mobile, and network devices, ensuring effective troubleshooting and customer service.
The role requires coordinating user problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will deliver Level 1 support and assist with onboarding and training as needed. Your expertise will help in managing tickets and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support at various offices
- Set up new PC/MAC workstations and peripherals
- Diagnose and support all client applications
- Troubleshoot PC/MAC hardware and software issues
- Manage low voltage equipment troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience with Low Voltage devices and IP networking
- Proficient in Windows, MAC, and Mobile OS support
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing is a plus
