Join us as a Chat Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you will assist customers with mobile telephony services, subscription-related queries, prepaid services,
and more, also identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with
Mobile telephony services
Subscription and prepaid-related queries
Billing and invoice concerns
Basic troubleshooting
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
Perform needs analysis to understand customer requirements
Drive upselling and cross-selling through personalized recommendations.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Excellent written & Verbal communication skills in English
Strong typing and comprehension skills
Candidates from the International Telecom domain will be preferred
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service/chat / sales process
