Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers

- Identify ideal distribution partners for both project and retail channels
- Define effective collaboration strategies based on partners' positioning and capabilities
- Prepare performance updates for the assigned territory for review with the Sales Director
- Utilize company tools, including CRM systems, to support daily commercial activities and reporting
- Represent and promote IW values
Qualifications Required:
- Proven sales experience in the bathroom and sanitaryware sector
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the MENA and GCC markets
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently across countries
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
