We're looking for a Head of Brand, Marketing & Growth to join our luxury interior design firm.
We're a 12+ year old company, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of our journey for the long run. This isn't just another job—we're looking for someone who wants to build the business with us and grow along with the company.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and grow our luxury brand.
- Plan and execute the company's marketing strategy.
- Generate quality leads for luxury residential interior projects across India.
- Manage our digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn and our website.
- Build and lead an in-house marketing team.
- Plan PR, collaborations, partnerships and brand campaigns.
- Help us expand into new cities and premium markets.
- Track marketing performance and keep improving results.
- Work closely with the founder on the company's long-term growth.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in branding and marketing, preferably in luxury interiors, architecture, luxury real estate, hospitality or premium brands.
- Has a strong network and industry contacts that can help grow the business.
- Understands luxury clients and how they make decisions.
- Can take ownership, build systems and lead a team.
- Is passionate, creative and committed to building something for the long term—not someone looking for a short-term role.
- Wants to grow with the company and become an important part of our journey.
