Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Power BI Developer to build and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions. The candidate must have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Data Modeling, along with the ability to directly interact with US/UK clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards
• Build and optimize data models and DAX calculations
• Ensure report performance, scalability, and data accuracy
• Work with SQL, data warehouses, and multiple data sources
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and directly communicate with US/UK clients
• Handle production issues and provide ongoing support

Key Skills

• Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, SQL, Data Warehousing
• Power BI Service, Azure Data Services, Reporting, Analytics

Required Experience

5 to 10 Years in Power BI / BI Development

Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service)

Experience in client interaction (US/UK) Mandatory

Education

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Technical preferred)

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Flexible to work in overlapping time zones
