Serve as a pivotal Customer Support Analyst in application support. Tackle complex issues and enhance user satisfaction while coordinating with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment. Working as part of the Operations and Maintenance Support Team, you will escalate problems to developers if necessary, ensuring timely resolution.   • Analyze and resolve application system problems
  • Assist customers with accessing the application effectively
  • Work with technical staff for issue replication and isolation
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues
  • Suggest process improvement strategies based on trends Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in automated system problem research
  • 3+ years in application support help desk roles
  • Familiarity with social services and child care systems
  • Experience with SQL queries is preferred
