We are Hiring: HR Manager – Cross-Border HR Operations
Are you a strategic HR leader with deep expertise in India and Saudi Arabia? We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to drive Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Cross-Border Compliance for our growing team.
What You’ll Do:Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring across India and Saudi Arabia (including Saudization and Iqama processing).
🔹 HR Operations: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, payroll, HRIS management, and operational efficiency.
🔹 Compliance & Legal: Partner with legal counsel to ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws and Saudi regulations.
🔹 Total Rewards & Performance: Manage compensation, benefits, and appraisal cycles.🔹 Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and manage conflict resolution.
What You Need:🎓 Bachelor's/Master's in HR or Business Admin. 15+ years of progressive HR experience.🌍 Proven hands-on HR experience in both India and Saudi Arabia. SAY AROUND 5 YRS IN EACH BOTH THE COUNTRIES ⚖️ Strong background in cross-border compliance, expatriate management, and working with legal teams on employment frameworks.
