Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with experience in AI-based products and SaaS solutions. This is a pure individual contributor role focused on driving revenue, maximizing sales conversions, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling AI/ML-driven products, cloud-based platforms, or SaaS solutions, with a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and convert qualified leads into customers with a high conversion rate
- Sell AI-powered SaaS solutions / IT products to enterprise and mid-market clients
- Deliver compelling product demos highlighting AI capabilities and business impact
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts
- Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive deal closures
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing for AI product positioning and lead generation
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain all sales activities in CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales / IT Product Sales
- Experience selling AI / ML products, analytics platforms, or data-driven solutions
- Strong track record in sales conversion and revenue generation
- Proven ability to meet/exceed individual sales quotas
- Solid understanding of AI product value propositions (automation, analytics, predictive insights, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI platforms, GenAI tools, or cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to enterprise sales or global clients
- Understanding of data, analytics, or digital transformation solutions
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
