Role: DeltaV Automation Engineer
Location: Ontario, Canada
Duration: 12 Months
We are currently seeking an experienced DeltaV Engineer to support our client in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves working on process automation, system configuration, and validation activities within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Emerson DeltaV systems, including modules, graphics, and alarms
- Support system integration, testing (FAT/SAT), and commissioning activities
- Develop and review documentation such as URS, FDS, SDS, and validation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Validation, and Manufacturing
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in a GMP environment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience with DeltaV systems in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP, validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), and documentation
- Experience with system integration and process automation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
