INTEGRITY is looking for a technology support professionals interested in career growth in the Greater Cincinnati Market.
What we would like you to have:
- 3+ years of applicable work experience in IT Computer TCP/IP Networking environments and must have worked in an MSP environment servicing multiple clients
- Working knowledge of local area networking (IP Subnetting, Firewalls, Access Rules)
- Proficiency in working with software and hardware tools to remotely identify and diagnose Computer Networking, Hardware, Peripherals and Microsoft Windows related problems.
- Capability of resolving network connectivity issues with switches and internet connections.
- Ability to learn multiple software programs and systems
- Experience with a trouble ticketing application
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with comprehensive verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, set priorities with assigned projects and track progress.
- Willingness to travel 25%
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean DMV record.
- Multi-tasking abilities with a desire to go above and beyond for their client base
- Demonstrated experience at quickly adapting to change
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
