Role Description The LinkedIn Communications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai Division. This role is responsible for managing INSYNC’s LinkedIn presence, including planning and publishing content, drafting posts and articles, and maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with the company’s retail innovation story. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to gather updates, preparing press release-style announcements for LinkedIn, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The specialist will develop and implement LinkedIn communication strategies to grow the network, strengthen thought leadership, and support business development initiatives. The role also involves creating internal communication updates related to LinkedIn initiatives and providing regular performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with experience in Strategic Communications and Internal Communications.
• Proficiency in Writing and creating professional Press Releases for digital platforms.
• Ability to plan and execute LinkedIn-specific Communication strategies, including content calendars and campaigns.
• Experience with social media management tools, analytics, and reporting for LinkedIn.
• Excellent command of written English and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in B2B communications, retail, design, or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively on-site in Pune Division.
