We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with management and follow up with candidates
• Coordinate offer letter release and joining process
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• MS Office knowledge
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Only Female

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
