We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to join us at our San Francisco HQ. This role will empower you to implement growth hacking strategies, analyze data, and own projects that will have a huge impact on the products that are used every day by our partners and pros.

What You’ll Do:

Work across product, engineering, and marketing to ideate and prioritize growth experiments.
Work directly with the Executive team to scale new secret initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth across the business.
Help blue collar workers earn money and lead better lives through Instawork.
Live and breathe the latest AI tools and technologies, you know what “vibe coding” means.
Work across our tech stack and adapt to new technologies, leading with an “Always Be Learning” attitude.

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical or analytical field.
Proficient in SQL (must have) and Python (nice to have).
Not sure of what you want to do after school, but wish you could do a bit of everything.
Excited about startups.
Most of all - be hungry and have a "do what it takes" attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $30 - $44 hourly.
