Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in requirements gathering and process analysis.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence preferably in a federal contracting or program support environment.
- Strong ability to analyze workflows and business processes to support OSBP initiatives and reporting.
- Skilled in documentation, stakeholder communication, and translating needs into actionable requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience supporting federal programs or contracting environments preferred.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
- Competency in quality assurance and data validation to ensure integrity of reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze small business participation data across DHA programs.
- Maintain and update weekly Small Business Achievement reports and semi-annual subcontracting reports for Government review.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and visualizations to support OSBP decision-making and compliance tracking.
- Identify trends, gaps, and risks in subcontracting, Mentor-Protégé, and outreach performance data.
- Provide data inputs for Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and other required deliverables.
- Support the Quality Assurance process by supplying accurate data for QASP/PRS monitoring.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and reporting periods.
- Respond to ad hoc data calls and information requests from OSBP leadership and other DHA stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Program Manager to translate data findings into reports, presentations, and outreach material.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze workflows, processes, and policies to identify improvements that support OSBP objectives.
- Translate Government needs into actionable project tasks, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Support the Program Manager by preparing briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
- Ensure consistency between data findings, business needs, and outreach content
