This is a work-from-home role, so you must be professional, disciplined, and able to work independently.

What the job involves:

• Making and receiving high-volume outbound and inbound calls.
• Helping customers with course enquiries and bookings.
• Following up with leads and previous customers.
• Managing outstanding enquiries and accounts.
• Sending booking information and follow-up messages.
• Updating customer details and call outcomes.
• Handling objections and solving customer problems.
• Creating positive outcomes through professional communication.
• Working from home with proper daily reporting.
