About the Role

The Senior Technical Program Manager II (Sr. TPM II) - Go-To-Market (GTM) owns end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise-critical Go-To-Market (GTM) and Design & Development Evolution (DDE) initiatives. This role operates at a senior altitude, leading programs with significant architectural complexity, multiple engineering teams, and material seasonal business impact. The Sr. TPM II is accountable for delivery predictability, technical risk management, and executive-level decision framing across the GTM value chain.

Scope & Impact

• Owns high-impact DDE and GTM programs with enterprise visibility and seasonal revenue impact.
• Operates across multiple platforms and domains with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
• Influences technical delivery standards and execution frameworks beyond a single program.

Qualifications

• 10-14+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering-adjacent leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-platform programs.
• Strong technical fluency across front-end systems, APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience operating in global, distributed team environments.
