Role: Technical Project/ Program Manager with BFSI

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description

Required Skill:

10+ years in Data & Analytics Program/Project Management
Proven delivery of BFSI data transformation / reporting programs
Experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation frameworks
Hands-on exposure to Informatica, Cloudera, Kafka, Oracle, and modern data platforms
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Agile/Hybrid delivery models
Strong stakeholder management across business ,IT leadership & OEMs
Knowledge of banking KPIs, regulatory reporting, and risk data frameworks
Experience in Middle East banking environments (preferred)
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards (e.g., SAMA/GDPR)

Activities:

Own end-to-end delivery across migration, reporting, and data enablement
Plan and manage roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and governance cadence
Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets
Oversee data pipelines and platform delivery on Informatica, Cloudera, Kafka, Oracle
Align analytics with banking domains (Finance, Risk, Operations)
Manage data validation, reconciliation, and UAT approvals
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization (onshore–offshore)
Track delivery KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance
Act as primary interface with business, IT, and CIO stakeholders
Transition to support with SLAs, governance, and continuous improvement
Drive scope expansion, new use cases, and value realization
