Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Noida (Sector - 127)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of end-user computing devices and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain devices such as printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
- Support and monitor server room equipment and basic networking components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows/Mac) and standard applications.
- Handle user queries via tickets, calls, or in-person support within defined SLAs.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in desktop/end-user support in a corporate setup.
- Graduation in any stream (B.Tech or equivalent technical degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, and common office IT equipment.
- Basic understanding of server room operations and networking concepts (LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support tools.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or similar will be an advantage.
- Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
