- *Duties**:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues across servers, desktops, and cloud services.
- Administer Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies, Intune, and Office 365.
- Maintain regular backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard systems and data.
- Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support and guidance for escalated helpdesk tickets.
- Participate in IT projects including cloud migration, software rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to support organizational technology needs.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
- *Knowledge and Skills**:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT infrastructure support.
- Proficient in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365, including licensing and user management.
- Working knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM).
- Experience deploying and supporting RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, VB.NET) for automation.
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices and experience using ITSM ticketing systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Meraki and Ubiquiti networking hardware is an asset.
- Exposure to ERP systems and manufacturing environments is an asset.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project/task tracking tools is an asset.
- A/V equipment support knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- *Working Conditions**:
- The duties of this position will be carried out from the head office during regular business hours.
- A reliable vehicle is required as occasional travel to other sites or facilities may be necessary.
- Some lifting and physical handling of equipment may be required.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed during system upgrades or emergency support situations.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
