The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Media Coordinator to join our Toronto team. In this role, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels for automotive dealer advertising initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media strategy, analytics, and client-facing work within a fast-paced agency environment.
What Your Typical Day Will Look Like
- Support the execution and optimization of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Pull campaign reporting, monitor pacing, and analyze performance insights
- Assist with trafficking, insertion orders, campaign launches, and billing reconciliation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Prepare client-facing presentations, reports, and status updates
- Pull and synthesize data from platforms including Google Analytics, DSPs, Social, Search, Programmatic, Online Video, and Connected TV
The Education and Experience You Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, or a related field
- Post-secondary education in Advertising, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is an asset
- Familiarity with the Canadian media landscape and digital media platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Google Analytics knowledge is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 CAD
