Job description

Inkeros is growing, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Specialists in Burnaby.

In this role, you’ll represent AT&T Business Services, connecting with U.S.-based business clients through inside B2B sales. You’ll start with warm leads and quickly develop the skills to succeed in outbound prospecting—supported by ongoing training and a high-energy team environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Connect with business clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Present AT&T products with confidence, clearly explaining value and benefits
  • Manage warm leads while building skills in outbound cold outreach
  • Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries professionally
  • Accurately process sales and maintain customer records
  • Participate in daily coaching and ongoing development sessions
