Role: Project Manager + Business Analyst (E-commerce)
Exp - 8-10 Yrs
Job Summary -
We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager + Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performance e-commerce applications. The role involves requirement gathering, documentation, user story creation, managing the full SDLC, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of secure, user-friendly commerce solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities -
- Own end-to-end delivery of e-commerce development projects.
- Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Coordinate with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
- Track timelines, risks, and dependencies; resolve blockers proactively.
- Validate deliverables against requirements and support UAT.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills -
- 8–10+ years in IT with PM + BA experience.
- Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
- Hands-on with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence.
- Experience in e-commerce or web application projects.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
